What do I do if I received a damaged item?Updated 6 months ago

If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong AlphaTouch order, please contact our dedicated customer service team immediately here or by emailing [email protected] and provide a photo/video of the damage. We will promptly address the situation and either send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange gift card at alphatouch.com.
